**Apple Media Event - September 12th **

Bah see your 4s would have suited me down to the ground, damn ocuk and non smart phone selling rules :D

Well today is the day I decide to buy a second hand 4s or a 5. I'm leaning towards the 4s as I don't have any performance issues with the 4 and I like the size.

For the first time in a long time I'm genuinely interested to see what Apple come out with.

New iPhone
New Headphones
New iPods
New iPad (well, in October so the rumours go)

Just wondering if they'll release an "iPhone mini" as a total surprise to take on the Android low & medium end :p

iPhone 4 dropped to £100 would do the job nicely ;)

Latest intel from pocket-lint is that the pre-ordering system is going live on Friday. I'm quite happy with that delay because it will give me a chance to think about my decision!

Only thing I'm really interested in is the iPad mini as the wife is hoping to get one :)

And of cause how the iPhone stacks up against the SG3, all we know is it's taller with less screen real estate!

Any good sites to stream this from tonight?

Want to laugh at my mate, when he is so wrong about how much of a thrashing the S3 is going to take.

In work until 10 tonight. :( But... I don't think we'll see anything overly impressive or outstanding from a hardware point of view and software / features. I think there will be a few things that they'll bring out but they won't be brilliant and they'll just make a massive fan fair around them with lots of whooping and cheering.

Would be great (for us) if they did something great to force competitors to do better, I just feel Apple don't have that drive or aggressiveness to do anything, just the minimum at times.
