I've cancelled my MSI OC ordered at 16:59 for £10 more than the current price. I feel uncomfortable that my money is sitting needlessly in OC's bank account when the usual practice is to pay on shipment. It's not as if ordering in the stock is a financial risk. Anyway, someone will be slipping up the queue when that refund is handled.

I went through all this heartache buying my EVGA 1080 in 2016 which took weeks and weeks to arrive - and already I feel a sense of relief as I've already wasted far too much of today checking my email every 5 minutes and can't face that for the rest of 2020 - as if we didn't already have enough challenges! (see you all back here on the 24th...)

I've cancelled my order (filled out the form twice due to having 2 different order numbers).

Increasing prices on the day of launch (over what any recent fx change justifies).
Advertising cards as "In stock" at checkout, taking the money but then sending me an out of stock email the next day. (How is this legal?)
Reducing the prices after I've paid.

Complete timewasters along with nvidia.

Agree with you mate - plus I think there are some suspect posters in the forum - very dodge!

Sorry I am late to this thread - did Overclockers actually have any cards in the first place - has anyone actually received one? or is this all just make believe - and who is this Gibbo geezer?
Most retailers had the cards, just not enough do deal with the "Unprecedented demand"

"Heartache"? It's a gpu..

We apologise, but seriously do you think we want this mess, we want graphics manufacturers to be delivering these cards in the thousands to us, this is a big launch and there is always some delay with big demand launches, so we just have to hope, pray, cross our fingers that NVIDIA and the graphics card manufacturers have good supply incoming in the later months and will meet the demand.

We absolutely want to ship your orders, we want to ship all the orders and have no shortage, we knew demand was going to be strong as did everyone, but the demand is beyond expectations and the supply at the moment is looking small, so we are hopeful it will considerably improve, but it is really over to the graphics card manufacturers now to deal with our demand and orders, they and NVIDIA are fully aware of the numbers sold and we offer the ability to easily cancel the order if the customer wishes.

Will Ocuk be able to provide weekly queue updates as an indicator and to allow customers to fairly make decisions on their order?

I placed my order for the MSI X Trio, my email says order was placed @ 9:11pdt (not even sure what the time conversion is). Like many others I have absolutely no clue where I may be on a queue list but I assume I'm not going to get it before November which would force me to cancel. I only want it if I can get it before Cyberpunk 2077.

All the MSI cards we got, were shipped this morning which was not many and we sold thousands of MSI cards.

This is a guess but I think anyone after 14:05 won't see a card in September, those before 15:00 maybe October but until we get shipment data for October we are in the dark, that information is requested but it seems it won't be available to the graphics card manufacturers until end of this month.
Typical, looks like I picked the wrong flipping card, just my luck :( My order was betwweh 2:15 and 2:45, would have been sooner if the website had not gone on a go slow

No cards ever said "In stock"
