I got the Gigabyte Eagle at 14:34 yesterday. Received my out of stock email about 3pm today.

Kind of annoyed.. hope it's not TOO long but not really much point in cancelling and trying somewhere else as it will be the same!

At least I got my PS5 preorder and a guaranteed date!
 
Hopefully I will get it next week or so.. Like seriously I placed my order the exact second they went live lol. Surely with my order being placed at 14:01 mine should be available for the next batch??
I hit refresh as they went live but desktop on ethernet was having none of it haha, so ended up ordering on my laptop which I had connected to my phone, i'm hopeful tough due to seeing a lot of people get an order in far far later than me so hopefully early October :D
 
Can someone explain to me why on earth after getting my order well before the price increase and them going to pre order. After 24 hours I get a email telling me thanks for your pre order. Are you kidding. Then reading the forum post saying they got some more MSI cards in today and the have all been shipped out why I don't have one. Payment was authorised order was in. But now I'm in a queue and no idea of when I'm getting it.

And when you're posting a thread mentioning November/December. What the hell.

You need to be explaining to people like myself who got there order in well before sold out and before price increase why now we get a copy pasted email that doesn't say anything specifically about your own order. Like time frame. Placement of queue. And why even though I ordered when in stock I won't be getting a card this week. Waste of next day delivery too I guess.

CCL had all these issues yesterday. But managed to process and post my PSU I purchased from them late last night. Which I received. This morning. All while crazy stuff was going on.

We need specific information. Don't just lump EVERYONE together.
 
We had Zotac in stock and at time of making my post one batch of Zotac had come in, by the end of the day the second batch had come in, but the amount was still small and they all shipped yesterday and today, you can see proof of this in other forum threads here of people posting pictures of their Zotac deliveries.

The simple fact is my order volumes are in the 1000's, but the deliveries are very small. The supply is not remotely close to demand.
Thanks for the update Gibbo but I do not feel it answers the expectations which were given yesterday by yourself.

You strongly indicated that there was already stock for the Zotac 3080 and there was more coming today to service purchases. Your post today seems to indicate that is not the case. In addition, I believe it is only fair that each person who ordered is given an indication of where they are in the waiting list so they can fairly determine whether it is worth waiting it out or not.
If I had known there was going to me more Zortac the Gigabyte I would have ordered that. Just a flippin lottery
 
Oh also. They clearly have unplugged there phones at work. Or told not to answer them.

2 hours I left it on speaker phone this morning while at work. 2 hours on speaker phone while I'm decorating at home after dinner. And now been 1 hour 43 mins still no answer.

You can't just say. Err yeah maybe next month. Or maybe November December. Lol

They said to not bother calling as really they don't have the manpower. There's an update on the forum already. Calling won't change much tbh.
 
Hey, fully appreciate the situation, however would be keen to see overclockers provide queue positions (or even indicator) , so your number 125 out of 500 for product A.

I get it would be subject to change and that stock /shipping levels would mean it would not tell you when your card is coming. But knowing if there are 10 in front vs 1500 in front would allow customers to make a more informed decision about cancellation or remaining.

Now that might not be in OCUK 's best interests, but it would certainly benefit the customer and show good will to the customer in events such as these.
