Looks like lots and lot's of rumours of either a que system or being emailed your position coming out today. Would be very thankful for a que system to know what sort of wait times we are dealing with. I can also understand peoples frustration as time goes on as the communication does seem to be lacking, but at the same time I can understand OCUK position of not wanting to add any more fuel onto the fire or give false information.

If I had 3 wishes I would love to give you all RTX 3090's folks! :D My other 2 wishes would be world peace and a personal McDonalds to myself.

Not to be a cynic, but they've been saying it will be published "today or tomorrow" for a week now.

Just like the orders
Just letting you know that CS have just told me that Stix and Strix OC cards will not be arriving until nov/dec. They are saying that the queue calculator will be out today. I only found out about this as a friend called them this morning - if I had received any communication from them I would have switched my order out to another card last week, but now that isn't possible. CS said that it wasn't down to them to inform customers when they might be getting their goods, but down to NVidia, which I found funny as I didn't order from NVidia, but from OCUK. So I have just cancelled my order with them, so anyone else waiting for a Strix OC has just moved up one place, and good luck getting it. OCUK will never get any of my cash after this debacle.

Ive a Strix 3090 Order in. I hope to god this isnt true!!

The thing I don't get, is why are CS sending out private emails to customers, when they could just publish these statements for all to see.
They didn't want to be bothered by phone calls etc, of which I haven't.
I use the forum in the attempt to gain information, but all you get is us lot moaning and going around in circles!
It's all becoming quite a joke really.

Wonder why OCUK will give detailed responses around the official queue calculator & stance on queue swapping to a single person via a webnote but won't pass this info to the masses via a forum post? I wonder if they're just burnt out seeing all the "when will x be in stock posts"

Yes, pretty bonkers. Could have headed off a lot of calls, web notes and forum posts.

Thanks for that. It doesn't tell us much though. That first batch could be only 1000 cards... I didn't order until 5pm as I couldn't get through to checkout. How many UK retailers are gonna be having to share that initial batch.

Someone posted here yesterday that they switched to the Master and there are only 171 in the queue. Doesn’t necessarily help as I’d expect shipments to be small (<50), but not a disaster.

I feel like im one of the very few waiting for a Palit card, so fingers crossed as soon as they get em in stock mine will be sent out :D

Good luck. Doesn’t seem to be as many orders for that card.

Ooooo pretty new 3080 card installed. I`m one of the first thousand or two in the entire country
I`m TRENDY !
Say What? `Only a Palit` you say? It blows my venerable 1060 to Mars.
My monitor? Why it`s a 1440p widescreen and....Oh dear....
See you on the "My monitor is dog dirt when can I get a 4K " thread
...sigh...
Seriously guys enjoy your new cards. Worth the wait even for an old fart like me who only uses MSI afterburner.
See you on the mean streets of CP2077

I'm weirdly hopeful the Gigabyte Order is a couple 1000 for the UK but I'm probably just dreaming... as I want my card asap since I also ordered like 5 other items that day and they wont come till the card arrives

I have never been sure about Palit. Been ordering MSI since replacing my Voodoo2, except for a short spell of Inno3D 8800GTX as they were a lot cheaper as I was able to get them direct. Switched back to MSI though from the 280GTX until now switching to ASUS - my first ASUS GPU, eventually.

I am just hoping a couple of containers will arrive with 10s of ks on board soon and we will all get our cards as I did not make up my mind to buy until 21st.

Asus made some statement to the effect that binning and/or stability issues were resulting in Strix delays. Hopefully this means than when they do arrive (probably 2021), they'll be good clockers.

Does anyone know what is happening with regards to the deals of free years membership to geforce now and the watch dogs legion codes. Are they being sent out after the card has been sent from OCUK. Would be nice to have a new game to play whilst I wait for the card, but I am guessing that is not going to happen due to being open to abuse from cancellations?

Yes, and this attitude then makes me rethink. Do I want EVGA products when they see me as a second class citizen?

And here starts the capitalistic conundrum: if you "punish" EVGA with your wallet, they will feel reinforced in their idea that Europe is just a secondary market for them, and will sell even less EVGA cards here.

I'm not suggesting you to keep your EVGA order, it's just a consideration.
