Definitely easier. Doesn't make sense at all that you'd sell something that is almost impossible to acquire right now instead of replacing something easily acquired.

EDIT: Beaten. So you didn't sell it because it was too big, you just scalped it instead.

Quick get the pitch forks, wood and some oil to use and burn him........... If someone is stupid enough to pay £2200 for a 3090? More power to the seller and what a f'in tool of a buyer haha.

Exactly, wouldn't fit my arse! Just another scalper.

Agree! That's scalping with a poor excuse!!

Why the heck are ASUS bring aySUS with the Strix OC updates?, I want to know when they are sending them out

All of us who ordered those cards are in this for the long haul. The sooner we come to terms with the fact that 2021 is quite likely to be the year we recieve our cards, the better for our mental health! IMHO

This article has a copy of ASUS' post on Instagram. It's why they were no units were available on launch day. They effectively only started production of these models whenever those "specification changes" were ready for mass production which was clearly late in the day.

Unless they're being priority shipped via air then forget about seeing them this side of November as standard slow boat from China can take up to 35 days.

Its been 2 weeks now and still no word on the Strix OC

According to OC customer services on the phone today - It will be nov/dec before we get strix cards due to asus binning - If they had told me that before they stopped people swapping I would have changed, but now I just cancelled and will take my chances with a different retailer

At this rate, We all will be here by Easter. Don't know why Nvidia even realiser's a card when its not even fully ready yet for the mass market.

Any news on the asus rog strix oc cards yet? I see a lot of posts of tuf cards being delivered but no strix? According to asus their strix cards have been shipped out to resellers already but I haven't seen anyone get one on here yet

If that's the case then they should really put out an official update to at least inform us. This silence is deafening is really giving me a bad opinion of OCUK

And for the majority that don't get one of the first batch, if that slow boat happens to dock at a European port, not UK, there's a decent chance their GPU will sit in a lorry park in Callais for a month or two before making their way over here!

Honestly if I get one this year I'll be happy and surprised!

It’s like there’s a global pandemic slowing production or anything. What?.... wait....
