Can anyone recommend some good third party single player missions (or campaigns?) 
Been meaning to get around to this for ages and my friend finally pushed me over the edge. Only had a couple of quick blasts with him and a couple of others in Wasteland but great fun so far.
So where is Ocuk playing? Does anyone take part in those huge orchestrated scenarios? Much like when you first start the game up, it's vast, and I have no idea where to start!

Xcept1 do you know of a command or ini file to disable control pads? I can explain why, I am playing a bit of this in bed streaming from main PC to my Laptop. I have setup a decent control profile using third party software. If the pad was connected to my main PC I know you can disable it in game but when streaming to my laptop it does not show up in game on the laptop so can't disable it even though it still works in game....
I need to find a way to disable it game side as it conflicts with the third party software I am using to remap the buttons for some reason.

Just had a game that highlighted exactly why I wanted to start playing in the first place. On a sandbox server in a helicopter with 2 friends when a bounty pops up on my head, 10k if I'm dead in the next 15 minutes, with the map broadcasting my location.
We'd just come from an oil rig like base someone had built at sea so we figure the best course of action is to drop me back off there. I jump out but they need to fly off to get fuel for the heli as it's running low. When they land they get ambushed and lose the chopper, so I'm stranded on my tod.
My pals respawn and try to get back to the chopper but someone has damaged the engine. 10 minutes or so have passed so I know there isn't long left, but I'm still stuck.
I'm cowering in the tower to avoid anyone with a sniper rifle and a good aim in the hills when I hear a boat approaching. Two guys have just rocked up after the bounty. The rig is two towers so I've no idea which they have gone too, as a result they could either be coming up the stairs of the tower I'm in, or down from the roof if they've climbed up the adjacent tower. I've positioned myself to cover both as best as I can, but I know facing two guys if I drop one there's a good chance the other will get me. If they've co-ordinated to hit the room from both directions at once I'm definitely screwed.
My friend is now running full speed to the vehicle store to get a cheap helicopter and come to my rescue. You could cut the tension with a knife. Any minute a guy is coming down (or up) the stairs and bullets are going to fly.
"I've got the chopper! Eta 2 minutes!".
I can't check the map to see where my friend is. Focus on the stairs.
I see some feet glitch through the ceiling - At least one is definitely on the roof. His friend could still be coming up from the other side but I guess at them both being up there. I'm tempted to take a shot but giving away my position wouldn't be worth it - They still don't know where I am, only that I'm still here.. I increase my focus on the downward stairs and recheck my ammo for the fifteenth time, full mag, semi-auto..
The bounty ends and £10k drops into my pocket - Still no use if they kill me - Have to get off the rig and back to land.
"I'm nearly there!"
The distant sound of a chopper comes into my headphones - Super quiet and growing louder. I'm betting on the helicopter taking the full attention of the guys on the roof, but I know there are weapons up there capable of shooting it out of the sky so I can't hang around..
My friend brings the helicopter nearly down on the roof, no weapons but a great distraction. I sprint up the stairs and burst out of the door, bringing my gun to bear I start firing on the first enemy as he drops to the floor. I retreat slightly into the room as the second enemy comes round the corner and through the door, a quick blast to the chest as he fly's across the room covered in blood.
I move outside as my friend manoeuvres the chopper on the edge of the roof for me to jump in. 10k in hand and fully equipped, we fly to the nearest ATM and deposit the cash safely.
Bloody brilliant!

I can never find CTI servers any more, do I need to download a mod for it now?
They are still up just filter for EUTW. The latest A3 patch has borked the server browser though so it takes ages for them to show up.

Hah not a mil sim fanboi at all! People just play Breaking Point/Altis Life and then never try "proper" Arma. If and when they do try modes such as CTI or Warfare, the modes they've been playing are dumbed down to **** which results in them complaining and crying that the game is rubbish!

Yeah true, although people tend to play these other modes because Arma has shocking AI, they can spot you 300 miles away and shoot you in the head with one shot. Finding decent proper Arma PvP missions is hard to be fair.
