I was downloading at such a lovely speed for about five minutes
now i'm down to 36kb/s from fileshack, or around 100 in steam

Yeah, mine went down a lot, then i lost net con for a min, something opera doesnt seem to like and now i have to start over, meh. Anyone recomend a decent download manager or something where i continue downloading from where i left off if i lose net con again?

thank god i didnt buy this game.
difficulty level i picked veteran...not psychic
i really dont know where he hid the box

next level parachute...erm i landed straight on my face and died

next level helicopter....tbh it was just awful compared to bf2 and im not even a fan of the game...(yeah i know im comparing a sim to arcade fun but it was just the feel).

i could forgive the above as its just a new demo/early bugs and the game is meant to be massive........but the mouse movement was sluggish and for a fps game thats unforgiveable for me.

got the demo working, maxxed out the game on a stock 260 at 1920x1080 with only 20fps then dipped to 13-15 when in a vehicle

im glad i gave a the demo 5 min, now i know not to buy.....really not my type of game

I never had any problems downloading it through Opera.

tried the Demo but cant seem to play online, every server i try to connect i get connection failed, anyone else geting this problem?

I never had any problems downloading it through Opera.

So when you lose your net connection it doesn't just halt and instead of saying a time for timeleft it says "?", happens quite often here

I had the same thing. I restarted and now my speeds gone up from 100kb/s
to around 1mb/s

Well I just had a quick play. Gameplay seemed great. Needless to say, I ran like a 3 legged dog on my system though.

I use the arrow keys, will never use the wasd keys.
