oh i know.He's being facetious.
In the thread about the 87 year old being stabbed in London, many people were blaming Sadiq Khan.
Any word on the Race of the perp yet? I can't believe no one has asked this yet. GD letting itself go...
The Police have been defanged. Not enough of them, too may political policies forced on them. They have become the front line for mental health services and failures of the past like brutality and racism have tied their hands today.
For large parts of society, and not just the poor, the agents of social cohesion are missing. We no longer actively enforce rules or societal norms on people. On the contrary the prevailing narrative is that any enforcement of social norms is oppression.
We have totally screwed up. I fear little short of authoritarianism is going to put the genie back in the bottle.

Fully masked and covered up I think. Someone will know who he is, whether anyone is brave enough to talk is another matter...Any word on the skin colour of the perp yet? I can't believe no one has asked this yet. GD letting itself go...
Yeah, i'd even pay the tv licensing thief's for an opportunity to watch it.Yeah, make it a spin off from Love Island but we'll call it **** Island. It would be a number one show that's for sure, like a 21st century public hanging.
Depended entirely on both the gang and time.Maybe it's rose tinted specs but I'm sure in the old days gangs at least tried to keep it amongst themselves and not involve innocents, if only because that would invoke the ire of the law. And if the worst happened, they would soon be given up by other members of the underworld.
These days they don't seem to give a **** if a kid gets caught in the crossfire.
Agree Police need more manpower to deal with these gangs across the country and destroy them.
Look at this in cesspit London its getting worse year by year

Knife crime in Hertfordshire has increased more than four times in the last seven years, figures reveal.
Hertfordshire Constabulary recorded 734 offences involving a knife or a sharp weapon in 2019-20, Office for National Statistics data shows.
That was more than four times as many as the 180 reported in 2012-13, when comparable records were first published.
In fact, there was a record high of roughly 62 knife or sharp weapon offences per 100,000 people in Hertfordshire last year.
Hertfordshire County Council’s west Watford councillor Nigel Bell raised his concerns on knife crime in a county conuncil meeting on February 23.
Its not just cesspit London.
Is it worse that it wasn't targeted? For crimes like this murder of an innocent child I would support the return of capital punishment.
Wouldn't it be attempted murder on the target and manslaughter on the child as he didn't intend to kill the child but the target ? Not sure how the law works in cases like this where the was an intent to kill but the wrong person was killedFor crimes like this murder of an innocent child I would support the return of capital punishment.
Doesn't make a difference. An innocent child was murdered either intentionally or (as in this case) with wreckless abandon and no care for the possible victim. Is it worse that it wasn't targeted?
I'm not sure. Possibly. But then there is the argument than randomly firing a gun into a house carries the very real risk of killing someone. So it's probably back to a murder charge.Wouldn't it be attempted murder on the target and manslaughter on the child as he didn't intend to kill the child but the target ?
