Arsene Wenger: Arsenal boss to leave club at end of season

Brendan Rodgers favourite with bookies followed by Vieira, lots pretty close in running though

Tuchel Loew and Ancelotti not far behind
 
It always seemed so fitting to have someone called Arsene managing Arsenal. Almost like it was his club (genuinely thought this when I was a kid :p)
 
I think Arsenal would be mad to get Rogers in. Overseeing a procession every year is a bit different to turning around the fortunes of a club like Arsenal.
 
Here comes a period just like Manu of burning through a few managers in quick succession until they get Jose when he’s sacked/walks out at United.
 
Shocked, knew it was coming at some point hut didn't expect it to feel like this.

I scarcely remember a time before Wenger now.

Yeah, very sad to see. When every player came and went there was always Wenger there.

If we get an average manager like Rogers in next season, it will be very sad. Unless we are brining in World Class manager, I do not see the point of this.

I actually would not mind a Vierra or Henry come to think about it. That would be interesting at least.

Does it matter?? I remember Poch not long ago unable to speak English. But he speaks it now due to having lessons iirc.

It is a bit patchy but a better DM to protect our back 4 would be start.
I’d prefer us to fix the defensive side of our team, start with Cech and work up. Or maybe a new manager will kick their backsides and get them playing decent for a change.

Meh I don’t think we are that stupid to appoint any of those 2 unlike a few other teams that have done and found to their cost lol.

I really don’t want Brenda, Viera or Henry as managers next season. Viera hasn’t really proven himself and neither has Henry and forget the sentimental appointments. Ok Brenda did pretty ok at Liverpool and is doing a decent job up in Celtic. But then let’s be honest, I could take over at Celtic and still win titles in what is probably one of the worst competitive leagues in the world lol.

Like I said I would like to see Allegri take over, I think he could do wonders with our squad at the moment. He can’t do any worse than what we are doing at the moment.

From a none supporter of Arsenal I personally think you need two cbs and a GK as an absolute priority. Mertesacker is leaving and Mustafi isn't good enough. Wilshire is leaving (made of pasta aswell tbf) Cazorla is close to retirement, Eleneny is no more then a back up player and Ramsey is ridiculously inconsistent.

I might be being harsh but id argue you need a gk, 2 cbs, 3 midfielders (Jack, Cazorla out) and a wide forward....s'lot a money all that.
