Here mine of my sammy 840 pro 128gb I received yesterday.....

Is 119gb the correct formatted size for a 128gb drive?

my new s40 128 drive is only half of what you get on the 4k write speed @59 mbs

any idea why..the only difference I see from you benchmark is in the box with the offset alignment...mine says 1024 k and yours says 138240 k...is that the difference?

My 4k write speeds went from ~50mb to ~200mb. Hope it helps!

It's using caching software which is using system RAM.

Yup. And pretty darn good it is too!
Got 16GB ram so using 4GB as a cache. Installs as a base level driver rather than a running process by the looks of it, so effective from boot, in theory.
Hasn't done much for my boot times, but Windows is much snappier and stuff loads in a blink or two...
