ASROCK 6900 XT NOW ONLY £689.99 (£649.99 FOR LOYAL FORUM MEMBERS)

More likely they just put the new model in at same price/performance, at least till the old stock clears.
Also it's only the 7900 for the time being, even if they do offer better price/performance they are still aimed at a different market at £900ish +. I don't think we've even had any recent leaks about the RX 7800.

I want to say this 6900XT has been a breeze, it's early days but already I am filled with confidence, I have done my best to get the drivers to crash and the only time they did was when I undervolted the GPU too far.
Latency (DPC) is very low, using Firefox browser I have no corruption or the dreaded black screen issues that plague some folks.
The noise of the card is actually quieter than my iChill X4 RTX 3070.
Rasterization blows my 3070 out of the water and it's almost a full even match in RT so far from what I can tell.

Thank you OCUK, awesome purchase, folks grab it whilst you can if your system is up to the stuff this is a monster deal.

What about in a month when the 7xxx's are released..? Doesn't that have an effect on the prices of the models below?

The prices go up if it is anything like the past few launches!

This is the last of the stock, what is coming is a lot more expensive from AMD and once were down to less stock of these we shall increase our margins on the product.

Well gosh darnit, once I get it in my head that I need something there's no stopping me. Goodbye, Vega 64. Hopefully I can still recoup some of that £650 with the Vega. Had to buy a new PSU as well but hopefully all worth it :)

You certainly should not regret it. My V64 was a dog.
I have a feeling it was the source of all sorts of issues with games crashing and even restarting when just browsing Chrome, but I never really got to the bottom of it so will never know. Unless I get crashes with this card I guess...

I don't have a picture of the card on its own.. but here it is amongst all the rainbow puke :D

got my card today, the dpd driver nearly gave me the wrong package though but he realised and went back for the right one.

opened box and looked for the Haribo, where's my little bit of Haribo? munching disappointedly on my Halloween Haribo stash instead. oh and there's was a 6900 xt in the box, the packaging was a bit ripped but the card is still in the antistatic bag and sealed :) will check after tea if it will fit or not.

I think, it's been awhile since I last did it, you go to AMD rewards. Setup an account and install the little verification app. Runs on your PC and verifies the card and then you can get the games. So I think you have to do it once your setup and running.

just noticed this takes 3 x 8 pin

is this standard on the 6900 xt

got around 500 to spend but only got a 750w power supply as was looking at a 3060 12gb or just found a 3080 12 gb for 750

would this be a better buy and would i need a better power supply
