Assassins Creed 3: American Revolution

Why must the PC release by one month later? Are there no PC Gods after all? If not, why did we bother fighting for Jerusalem?

This doesn't bother me for 2 reasons:
1: I knew it wouldnt be released at the same time as the same happened with the previous versions.
2. Im going to buy AC: Liberation on release so I can still get my fix :D.

I've never played any AC games, but the TV ad looked quite interesting, if it works on my old machine I may have to give it a try when it's released.

I've played them all apart from Revelations, will try and play it before AC3 is released, should manage it ok as PC release is later than console, Nov 23 I believe. I think the American setting for AC3 is a good idea, looking forward to it.

Just been scanning the Ubisoft forums for reactions to the console release. One things for sure, you get a lot of game for your money. Some people saying 10 hours play and only just scratching it. Mind you, one also said completed in 18 hours!

According to Steam I put 32 Hours into Brotherhood Single player. Haven't done the Da Vinci DLC yet either.

Any game that costs ~£30 that I can get 30+ Hours out of I won't complain.

I had AC on xbox360,but i didn't complete the game.
I picked up AC2 for 3,60£ on my pc,better than the first one,my only complain about AC2 is difficulty of the game.way to easy combat!!!
after playing demon souls and dark souls, you look for thigter controls and more challenging combat.
there is way to many boxes to open, points to synchronized, and feathers to collect.
Is AC3 combat more difficult?are the enemies smarter?

brotherhood vs revelations which one is better?might purchase one of them before will buy AC3(price should drop by then)
thanks

Not played Revelations yet, but a lot of people seem to think Brotherhood has the edge over it, although I'd play them in order anyway

Recently finished Brotherhood and enjoyed every minute of it:)

Looking forward to playing 3

So I have AC1 and AC2 but none of the others - for some reason I got the impression they were multiplayer only. Is this right or is it worth getting Brotherhood and Revelations?

I have brotherhood and it's quite good (the MP is quite fun too). There are so many side-missions that kind of bogged it down for me, but once I let them go and just cracked on with the story (just doing side bits when they were convenient or very cool) I enjoyed it more. The Rome map is so huge you can just explore forever. Haven't tried revelations yet.

Still not sold on this tbh. I think it is just the setting really.....coming after Renaissance Italy pretty much anything is gonna be disappointing. It is pretty strange that I am not bothered about this considering I played all the others at launch and consider them to be among my favourite games.....if you had told me after completing Revelations that I would not bother getting AC3 when it comes out, I wouldn't have believed you.

BUt....saying all that, I do have 2 weeks off work just after release, so who knows, I may well end up getting it;)

i got 1, but the side misions were so repetative (do these same 5 misions over and voer to continue main quest) i've stayed away from the others, this stil lthe case?
