Assassin's Creed: Unity

I don't know if Ubisoft should be appalled by the fact that there's 300+ fixes or the fact that their QA absolutely sucks to allow that much through in order to be fixed post release. At the end of the day, its the corporate bigwigs at the top of the chain that forced this game to probably be released ahead of it actually being completed.

For anyone that didn't get the email:

Well now I am glad I had the Season Pass! Unity wasn't great for me (I miss my pirate ship) but I'll take the bonuses that come with it.

I didn't bother with the season pass, would have probably picked The Crew if I had.

They've also discontinued sales of the season pass.

I can see why, the Season Pass was £19.99. So basically if you could get it now you would be getting new titles like Far Cry 4, much, much cheaper than normal.

Cheaper than they are charging yeah, I only paid £19.15 each for ACU and FC4 through Origin India :).

Good news about the patch! I have a GTX 970 4GB and quite often I see on MSI Afterburner that the GPU is at 100% and the game freezes for a few seconds. Can anyone recommend a solution to this? I have the game running on medium settings with AA off :(

Can't say I've noticed that to be honest as I'm always super aware of micro stutter/pauses/freezes etc...

What CPU do you have and is Unity installed on an SSD or HDD ?

Well finally finished this off this morning before work.

After sinking 20 hours in to the game first time round, then losing my save game I decided to just blitz the story second time round using a Trainer to rebuy all my equipment I had lost.

Didn't realise I was so close to the end on my first playthrough, I had around 2 hours left!

I will revisit once the patch hits this week to start the side missions and other stuff.

Can't say I was blown away with the story and the bugs just made it a very un-enjoyable experience.

Where did you get the trainer ? I've been trying to find one but most don't work :(

I have an i5 2500K running at stock, and yes it's installed on an SSD (although different one to my OS). I've got 16GB RAM also.

The only thing I can think of is that I'm running two screens, but I just didn't think that that would be a big deal...

I could try it out without the second monitor connected (or use this to turn the other off without having to unplug it).

Emailed you the link to the one I used mate, don't know if I can post the link on here or not.

Got it thanks bud, works great :)

That could be it, I know a few games of mine don't like it when I have my 2nd monitor active so have to disable it.
