Assassin's Creed: Unity

I just put Ultra settings and ran that. I do get a bit of stutter when loading in new textures but generally, it is nice and smooth.
 
If 3 titans are struggling to run this game then I think I'm going to wait even longer as that's not a GPU drawback, that's a poor game.
Love the 'dumbing down to graphics' patch to make it run better.

Ubisoft really have lost the plot!

From what I've read (not played it since the patch) the graphics haven't been dumbed down and as usual, people jumping on Internet rumours. The picture you see above is due to time of day.
 
PC gaming seems to be a bit **** at the moment. Still awesome for the older games and the bargains you get, but the recent games (mainly the cross platform games), seem to stink somewhat on the PC.

Dragon Age for example just seems to play so much better and be more fun on my PS4.
 
Really enjoying this so far. Couple of odd texture glitches but nothing major. The artwork is amazing, game looks beautiful.
 
Grrrr trying to play this morning before work and after the game loads and I click continue, it hangs on installing 0% :(

Stupid stoopid stooooopid game :(
 
Hi all,

I'm having some difficulty with the game. I just bought a GTX 980 and loaded it up first time not a problem. I spent a few hours playing it last night with no issues but now when I try to play the game it loads my saved file and after 4-5 minutes it crashes to desktop saying "low memory, save your files" and thats about it.

Anything I should try, I'm not sure what to as it was fine yesterday.


(I have nothing running in the background, just uPlay & AC-U. Yesterday I was even able to alt+tab out and steam chat a few times.

Make sure you have Virtual memory enabled.
 
Got this free with my 970 purchase so I've played the first level as it's still downloading. The level of detail in the close-ups are a nice improvement and the textures are generally improved which makes the game look way better. Running fine on my 7950 on High for now. Would like to see a comparison of GFX performance between these two cards. Time to do a little research! :)
