Wow...I'm surprised to hear your having such trouble...I can't say I've experienced any of the issues you've mentioned.

Have you added anything else to the game other than cars and tracks such as PP Filters or anything else...?

This is the first time I've added a car or track other than official DLC, I don't know what a PP filter is so I assume I haven't lol
It's always been the same for me, intensely frustrating to say the least. I've re-installed, checked files everything and it's always the same.

Are any of the cars or the track written in red on the server login screen?
Did you input the password?

Yes, I can load suzuka in practice, but not with the ferrari f1 car...I've checked the password...

I can see the F1 car in the menu and select, but when i press start it just glitches and goes back to the same screen...

it's not just in online i get the glitches, I've got in once on suzuka and z4 gt3 in practice mode and did a couple of laps before falling through a wall...

I can try and record on my phone/ipad tomorrow so you can see what happens and upload it to my youtube tomorrow, got to take the kids for their swimming lessons now...

I don't think it's the server Petey, it's something to do with my game install, i get these glitches whenever i try and play AC, it's why i play so much on PCars lol

So just to be clear, none of the car names are written in red when you look at the server selection list?

Since you can't select the Ferrari, can I just check that you've installed it right.
When you unzip the file, did you just dump the first folder into your car folder?

If so, you needed to go into that folder, then double click the 'AC files' folder and drag/drop the 'content' folder into your main AC directory.

If it isn't that, then I'm not sure what the issue is.
Do you also have the packs required for the P1 and the 911 Turbo?

ED: And yeah, there are a couple of holes in the wall at Suzuka. I've noticed a couple if you spin off to the left at the final chicane.

I played this briefly for the first time today at Autosports with an Oculus Rift and was blown away with the emersion it provided. Need a Rift now....and new wheel, seat, pedals. Going to be an expensive weekend

A 1.33.xxx would be an amazing time, I think a low 1.34.xxx is something I could achieve but a 1.33.xxx, I think that's a bit out of my reach.

No all cars appear in their boxes, initially i got it wrong and the ferrari was in red but i copied the "asr_1991_ferrari_643" with the animations/sfx/skins etc sub folders into content/cars

Yes I have all of the DLC installed

I'm using a Rift with this and it's amazing. Get it bought!

I just copied the car folder into the content/car directory, so i should copy the content folder and it will fill all the right folders with the right files correct? going to try it now

Yep, drag the content folder into your main AC directory. Just let it overwrite.
