thanks, the case comes with the 140 version of them, if I go all rgb how would I connect everything up

What case have you got sorry ?

The link above, shows Phanteks halo fan covers, you attaché these to fans and the .the daisy chain together and attach to the Mobo RGB header via Phanteks own cable .
The EKWB block will have Digital RGB cable or regular that again plugs into RGB headers

Case will be the be quiet dark base 900 pro

Smooth, very very nice case , small brother as well is stunning with Subtle RGB , Base 700. Flip it upside down as well, just not as big as the 900 for water cooling , also comes with two 140 silent wings .
Case also has ability to mount GPU vertically which 900 doesn't as well a PSU shroud cover
360 in the front and 140 supplied for rear and rear top for exhaust
USB 3.1 C port front as well

Thought about going 420 Rad for PRO 900 ! ?Believe EKWB 140mm sizing are 40mm thick which will still out perform a thicker 360 rad . Means you'd only need 1 140mm at the front , and then maybe another for rear ? Or if mounting up top 2 140mm for intake .

already own the 900 pro, can I mount the pump on the bottom fan mount, the problem with the halos are I would need at least 3 so bumps the price up, are there any other way, is there an all in 1 rgb fan solution that doesn't require any extra boxes

There are plenty out there. But I couldn't comment as haven't really used the rest.
Only option is choose personally is cooler master RGB fans but make sure you get the Static pressure one - easy to tell as it has large fins and number less then the high air flow ones

will it fit, I'm thinking of adding a second rad in the future when I get a gpu with a compatible full water block

I think EKWB are longer then most and thicker at 45mm or 40. They do a slim line 30mm version z. But to be honest. 420 and a dual 280 will be PLENTY !
What defines a water cooling cooling ability isn't as much the rads used but the fans used ! Most use big large rads with slow spinning fans to keep sound down. Fans like silent thing, cuts down half the rads needed as they can run almost 100% as silent and powerful

ok I am thinking 1 360 now and 1 360 in future or would 420/280 be better, want it to be quiet as possible but cool great

Larger fans will also be quieter and cooler - due to more air flow and less rpm normally , they can lose slight static pressure but silent wings already at the top of the board

It seems like two 360 would be better 360*2=720 Vs 700 or the 420+280 but the 140 just have more channels and fins and larger surface area .
But, if you check it out. You might get 420 slim and 360 SE at the top

Also if you want quieter rad... Alohacool XT45 rads.. often out perform EKWB rads and are cheaper , work better with low rpm to .

Worth a Google - but I'm Alphacool biased

ok so what rads would you recommend for quietness and coolness, also the fans aren't the high speed 1s just 1000rpm, can you recommend any rgb fans for your chosen rad
