ASUS Rampage IV Black Edition: The Ultimate LGA2011 Motherboard

This wait is becoming a major pain in the wotsits now.

Given that the preorder has been going now for over 2 months presumably OcUK are confident they will get enough boards in the first delivery to fulfil the number of orders or they would have shut the preorder down.....wouldn't they ???

Ocuk have 100 coming in at the end of the month, well there supposed to be. As soon as i see there in stock i will pre-order one, but until i see there instock i will not be ordering at all.

Even Australia has it be uk dont, wierd. If they dont release this by xmas its a massive fail by asus. I wont bother with it then ill wait for haswell -e as it will be more powerful and more future proof ie: more socket support, haswell e is coming in 2014 so wait wont be that long.

100 units !!

Well if that info is correct hopefully all pre-orders will get one - sounds a bit unlikely though for a new product.

im kind of disappointed you would think how active this thread is overclockers or asus would have had someone come in and give us some reassurance when your paying 400 pound for a mobo you expect to be kept in the loop to some extend.

Does anyone know if there is a memory qualified vendors list as I don't see it on their site?

I would imagine given the cost this will be niche so there should be plenty to go round. I would imagine, with us being as far away from China as you can get pretty much, that these are on a container boat somewhere sill on route.

That is why i wont order until there instock.
