Great looking dash apart from the popup screen
Was another interesting article about a "secure" pickup/dropoff valet parking services for air port travelers. They say they'll meet you at the airport, take you car to their secure complex and then meet you back when you return to the airport. Turns out that Some cars had been damaged/driven irresponsibly which they deny, a car was stolen from their "complex" and the customer was told it's their problem as they don't cover theft.... (from their own complex... lol) also there is doubt whether the "secure complex" even exists as many of cars in their care were found parked up in regular carparks, road side, by community centers, with parking tickets or wheel clamped!!!!!!!! Absolute cowboys!!!!
A man walks into a bank in London and asks for the loan officer. He tells the loan officer that he is going abroad on business for two weeks and needs to borrow £5,000.
The bank officer tells him that the bank will need some form of security for the loan, so the man hands over the keys of his new Ferrari parked on the street in front of the bank. He produces the documents and everything checks out.
The loan officer agrees to accept the car as collateral for the loan.
The bank’s president and its officers all enjoy a good laugh at the man for using a £250,000 Ferrari as collateral against a £5,000 loan. An employee of the bank then drives the Ferrari into the bank’s underground garage and parks it there.
Two weeks later, the man returns, repays the £5,000 and the interest, which comes to £15.41. The loan officer says, “Sir, we are very happy to have had your business, and this transaction has worked out very nicely, but we are a little puzzled. While you were away, we checked you out and found that you are a multi-millionaire. What puzzles us is, why would you bother to borrow £5,000?”
The man replies: “Where else in London can I park my car for two weeks for only £15.41 and expect it to be there when I return?”

Surely they do a version with a higher res screen etc?

It's as good, albeit slightly smaller than the BMW screens in the 5series I test drove, particularly with google maps etc...

Not as good a display unless you go for the multi function cluster option on the F10/11, the colour DIS on the A6 is full height and offers a similar resolution to the dash display so it is almost doubling the screen area available to the system.
