Audi owners in here!

Does the TT have a slightly offset accelerator pedal out of curiosity blackhawk?

The A4 has a traditional manual style drop down pedal (despite being multitronic) instead of a lever pedal which is ridiculous and nearly put me off buying it - anyway, I feel its slightly offset.

I think I know what you mean in the A4 (had one as a courtesy) .

Not the greatest pic but certainly don't notice any offset in the pedals.

I much prefer the older generation Audi interiors, like Blackhawk's, the new ones look so, dare i say it, bare?

Does anyone else feel the same way, for example the new TT, theres just 3 vents in the centre console and thats pretty much it.

Maybe i'm too much of a geek.

When your sat in the driving seat of the new TT it actually feels quite cool and minimal rather than bare imo. The virtual cockpit dash is basically the centre piece that your eye is drawn too... If that makes sense. Doesn't leave much for the passenger tho.

Anyone find the S line seats (alcantara/leather combination specifically) really uncomfortable over long distances?

My old A3 wasn't too bad(full leather S line) but my lower back is killing me after a couple of hours in the A4. Makes me miss the F10 I had for work.
Rented a facelift A4 when it was new and had backache after driving all across Spain. I reckon it was due to a lack in lumbar support.

My S3 has lumbar support and so does my A6. Didn't even look at cars without it.

If your A4 does have lumbar support then perhaps blow it all the way up?
If not, there's your problem.

My 14 plate A4 S line has the lumbar support and tbh, after a 100+ mile journey "dann sarff" the day I picked it up (7th August 2015), I thought max lumbar support felt a little too hard in my back, quite happy with the way i is set now.

Just need to stop the short ***** wife adjusting all the bloomin seat adjustments when she gets in it, oh I do wish it had auto memory seats :(

Find someone with VCDS...

Enable Drivers Memory Seat

36: Seat Mem - 07 Coding - Long Coding Helper - change Byte 2, bit 0, to 1

Seat memory will be there however greyed out in MMI

Press and hold down unlock button on key fob for 5 seconds for the windows to come down

Press and hold down lock button on key fob for 5 seconds for the windows to go back up

In MMI, Seat Adjustment you are now able to find Driver's seat, you can set Key memory on/off. Set it "on" for both keys separately

No not in the a3 but the a4 has offset pedals...

You got two new Audi A4's which are the old models (2008). The new updated A4 is available very soon.

Yup and Audi need get rid of them only way to lose the negative equity in the A7, they have the same new engines and gearbox and are loaded more than normal Black Editions, the only way i could get two decent cars for what the A7 cost on finance.

makes good sense to me. as you say they'll have a load of extras thrown in to make them more desirable so you get more for you're cash.

p.s I think the black one looks better

Blue one looks great, love the wheels. Appreciate the A7 is in a different league cost wise, crazy to think you have 2 cars for the cost of the finance on 1 though!

Sorry if you have said but I couldn't see it above - Why did you want rid of the A7? (from a fellow Bi-Turbo A7 owner in the same colour/Base spec!)

Seems pretty damn cheap!? Guess the residuals must be projected to be epic.

What a totally bizarre payment split

Suspect there should be a 1 in front of the monthly payment, which is roughly what is available everywhere I can see
