Australian GP 2009 - Race 1/17 (NOT in HD BTW)

I'm sick of your trolling JRS, so I've decided not to post in here again.

:D

And I look forward to seeing you in here again soon, just as you always look forward to seeing me again when I throw my toys out of the pram!

***edit***

Damn, beat me to the punch!

Any sign of the fuel levels being released? I have been looking but can't see them anywhere that is obvious.

Fantastic for JB and RB, really can't wait for tomorrow morning!

fuel levels havent been released yet, the news about toyota has only just been released so it would seem the the cars parc-ferme tests and the like takes some time to get sorted.

i believe you can only read into the top 10 qualifiers though the rest can change as they wish.

Haha, Brawn with more fuel than Ferrari.

Alonso did pretty well considering how much fuel he had onboard.
But wow at Brawn and their ability to hold speed and still have a decent amount of fuel. :)

nothing is ever decided gaps will close as the season continues brawnGP may be the fastest car now but i doubt they will have the resources needed to keep that gap

Well, that's an interesting conclusion, they weren't the lightest after all (Brawn)

Does this mean that if Honda hadn't pulled out that Honda would have actually been the fastest on the grid? Or has Branson's influence, or other factors lead to this?

Don't forget they are using Mercedes engines, rather than Honda engines, too.

Ah yeah, forgot about that. Is it the same engine as the one McLaren are using? Just wondering as if it is then if McLaren got the difuser on there car (providing it didn't mess up there existing aero dynamics) they could be just as quick as Brawn.

You have to remember that's not a Honda engine in there as well. From what I've heard its given them a significant boost as well.

edit: beaten :)

The drama continues. BBC reporting that Williams have protested Ferrari and RBRs rear wings.

edit: Autosport picked it up as as well:

Wow, Toyota disqualified

Toyota's drivers Timo Glock and Jarno Trulli have already been disqualified from qualifying after their car was deemed to contravene the regulations over the rigidity of ist rear wing. They will start the race from the back of the grid.
