My problem with the avatars is that I think they are pointless. They don't tell me anything.

I agree.

If there's an option I would like to see, it's to not have an avatar at all, yet I'm stuck with the silly thing whether I want it or not.

And better yet, an option to turn off the display of other people's avatars, like you can for sigs and inline images. (and yes, I know you can achieve that in other slightly more circuitous ways).

Still, in the scheme of things, it isn't exactly an earth-shattering item, one way or the other. I can live with it. Just.

It would be nice if there was a lesser grade of "Man of Honour" which could be handed out to people who make regularly good posts, on a more willy-nilly basis than the Man of Honour one is.

That's what sigs are for, rainbow-boy... I actually look vaguely (very vaguely, as in hairloss) like HST, in my sig.

What else does it tell you? I like to get Weird, yes I do. I'm the one that spikes your drink at parties. I'm the one that always steals your left sock, only ever the left one.
