Erm he did a lot in Age of Ultron but he also says in the beginning of this film when he and Scarlet Witch are ambushed he got stabbed and it stopped him from phasing anymore.

Just watched it, and as someone who's only watched the Guardians films, Ironman 1 & 2 (Maybe 3? I can't remember honestly) and Civil War, I really enjoyed it and didn't really feel lost at any point. Thor seems OP as **** though compared to the rest so probably worth watching his films .

As we know there will be a guardians 3 and they all dissolved into dust. Simply shows that they are not really dead. Also Black panther sold by the bucket load so no way they are going to kill that off that quickly.

That's why Marvel should have put out a press release (maybe later this week) saying that due to the events that occurred during Infinity War all future films have been cancelled.

Sell the crap out of them not believing what happened either!

In my opinion, that is the one part of the movie that they overdid. They wiped out 90% of the Guardians so only Rocket remains, and for such a popular franchise I completely see that whatever happened in IW will be reversed in the next movie. If they had been more selective, it would have kept me wondering whether it would be reversed or not. As it is, I'm just now waiting to see how they reverse it.

The rest of the characters, I could "see" staying dead in the longer universe.

Amazing what a bit of decent direction can do. Turned Thor from the most boring Avenger into most peoples favorite. He was fantastic in both Ragnarok and Infinity War.

You could argue that Nebula is a Guardian now, and she is still alive.
