Undercut.
Vettel did a 1.38 and Hamilton's extra lap was 1.41 and in lap was really slow.
Pitstop was an extra second as well.
Probably team call, due to vet.

He probably did but they didn't realise until Vettel popped out in front of Rosberg quite how much time was going to be made on the undercut - it doesn't always give so much advantage.
Kimi will be miles back now :/
Can you imagine if Hamilton had come out behind Vettel & Rosberg after that?! Totally wrong call - leader gets priority, end of.

+10 doesn't necessarily mean what you think it does. Could mean fuel, saving fuel or able to use a bit more or changing some other setting for whatever it might be. I would say there is little chance that is supposed to be do 10 laps more call. In fact, it could be they are doing a 3 stop and +10 means you need a 10 second gap to Vettel.
You could argue they have maintained a 1-2 by doing what they did. If Hamilton had first pit it would be 1-3 with Rosberg quite far behind.
That was only a second. Lap times did it.
