Amelia Tyler, yeah she is a pretty awesome voice actor, think shes done over 50 games nowI find the narrators voice is very gripping, she'd be good at ASMR.
YepI'm also not entirely sure what the penalties of the long rest are? Does it put you back where you were when you rested?

Not really. I did at the beginning just so I could afford some upgrades. But after that you’re just wasting time really and pandering to OCD traits.Should I be hoovering up all the weapons and armour to sell? Generally in these games I do, but I haven't bothered as it's all only been as good as my characters starting gear anyway and I wasn't sure how much you can sell it for.
I started this with tutorials on, but I really think they need to work at that.
Example - Was in the 'Dark Crypt' in the starting area after the crash. My people detected all the traps, but nobody had a kit to disarm them.
So I knew it was a trap, knew where all the traps were but couldn't position my people correctly to avoid getting burnt/killed when opening the sarcophagus.
So it turns out there is a button for splitting up your party for better positioning
It also turns out you can grab objects and move them around by holding down the left mouse button and dragging them where you want.
Game doesn't tell you this (perhaps a brief mention of moving stuff in the loading screen)
Was eventually able to avoid getting burnt to death.

No I found that, but because I didn't know about positioning my party separately, I couldn't open the sarcophogus and press the button, before it killed at least one of them.you'll kick yourself but theres a button on a column that disables all the traps in that room
I just pressed the button before opening the sarcophagusNo I found that, but because I didn't know about positioning my party separately, I couldn't open the sarcophogus and press the button, before it killed at least one of them.
I now also realise you can go in to turn based mode at the push of a button, which would also have been useful! I thought it just auto activated in battles.
Quite possibly. I must admit I died the first time in there back in early access due to not spotting the button or having the creativity to drag stuff over the ventsI pressed it a few times before opening.
Maybe I activated and deactivated it, and left it active?
Wow, thank you cpt. Obvious, it's not like I have been playing it that way for the last 85 hoursController is 3rd person view by default.
To be fair, the way you said that it was a shame it had to be modded made it seem like you had modded it to get 3rd person, rather than needing mods to fix parts of 3rd person.Wow, thank you cpt. Obvious, it's not like I have been playing it that way for the last 85 hours
It is third person, but you cannot look up at all. In fact the camera is slightly tilted towards the ground, so when you go up a slope, all you see is ground. This mod frees it up so you can look everywhere freely.
Well, that is why I posted a video, anyone who played the game can see exactly for themselves what the mod does.To be fair, the way you said that it was a shame it had to be modded made it seem like you had modded it to get 3rd person, rather than needing mods to fix parts of 3rd person.
