is anyone running 4x8gb and getting the 3200 ok? am using a x570 aorus elite. tempted to pick up another set while ram prices are bearable.

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if these results looked okay?. I set the multplier to 36, set the SOC to 1.1 and the DRAM to 1.4 Volts. I couldn't find the CLDO VDDG in my bios (Gigabyte x570 elite), only CLDO VDPP. I do want to overclock them further but some of the ryzen calc timings are slightly different to the ones in bios. I know if you use common sense it's obvious but for some i am just lost.

The last picture is of faster timings via Ryzen calc. I couldn't seem to edit the VTT to 0.7v due to not being able to find it.

Vtt is called dram termination in gigabyte-speak
Found in the "tweaker" page

Both found in either the amd CBS section or and overclocking section. You can use either. Both sections are found in the "settings" page.

Well, it seems in the Aida64 stress test it blue screen nearly asap.

Ah, sorry about that. I am not entirely sure how to upload images here properly..

I tried doing the following though...

I enable XMP, set the ram to 1.4V, set VTT to 0.7, Infinity fabric to 1800mhz and SOC Volts to 1.1. That crashed ASAP in Aida64... so i upped the DRAM volts to 1.425, the SOC to 1.25.. which also crashed asap (Blue screen)

my stock settings for VDDG and VDDP are 0.9976 and 1.0477.

Set vddp and vddg to 1050mv
Leave vsoc to 1.1v

Well, it tried that and soon as i fired up the Aida64 test. It gave me another blue screen about memory mangement.

It would seem anything over 3466mhz will either lead to a blue screen for (3600mhz/1800 IF) and (3534mhz/1767 IF) will give me a hardware failure and stop the test for Aida64.

Have you run the ram at stock first, and tried to find the max IF frequency?

I have set my IF to 1900 while leaving the xmp profile on while putting Aida64 on and it hasn't crashed yet.

Also how have you slotted in the memory physically? Should be in slots a2b2

Nope, i can't hear any at all with my headphones on. I have put music/youtube to listen out for it too. I have installed it in A2/B2 as the maunal stated.

I have also tried some games too now and it's still all good.

Yeah, they look fine to me when i double clicked but don't know about mobile. It's the odd though.. could i just possibly have a dud kit?.

Well, seems 3466mhz was stable during a 24h mem test but anything further will just crash asap.

I just spent a few hours testing and found a stable OC. Then I made a boo boo somewhere trying to tighten it further and it wouldn't boot at all after. Had to reset CMOS and start again. Ah the joys! Will try again tomorrow hopefully.
