Received my replacement and it is a TN panel.![]()
Just called for another collection on Monday. The guy on the phone said 100% that it will be a VA panel to replace it.
All TN stock has been removed, although Gibbo did say this Last week...
Collection will be on Monday for Wednesday/Thursday replace.
I've been assured by "Tom" on the helpdesk that the issue with stock is now resolved and the correct panel will be sent out.
He also said that the replacement would be sent out "on the same day" as mine is picked up. This means I will be without a monitor for one day.
I don't get that - I was specifically told replacement would be dispatched "on the same day" as collection. And that I would have the replacement the day following collection.
