BARGAIN - OcUK 24" with DVI (*VA Panel) for £179.99+VAT (This Week Only Deal!!)

Great news EddScott you got a Premium-MVA panel. Any comments on the image quality?

My order is one day late, so I guess they are sorting out the panels. Hopefully I'll get the same panel :)

S'alright s'pose.

Nah, looks pretty damn awesome actually. I've just piped one of the machines here in work through it just to see what the panel was.

Got to keep it hidden though. Don't want work finding out why £300 worth of parts is actually £500 ;)

Mine arrived on tuesday but been away past few days. Quick test at work shows I've got the M240UW01 V0 panel, no dead\stuck pixels and no noticable backlight bleed so happy with that :)

Will give it a proper look over once I get home from work.

EDIT: Home form work and got it installed now. Very happy, adjusted brightness to 40% and contrast to 61% so everything looks nice and double checked no problems with the screen at all.

Not sure if I've got my colours setup quite right yet, some greys seem to have a little bit of a red tinge to them. Anyone know of a good colour calibration utility or even better how about everyone lists their settings?

Mine are: Colour settings: User with RGB at 50%. Looks exactly the same as 6500k. Might drop red to 48% ish..

I received an AU-M240UW01-V0 P-MVA panel 2 weeks ago too. Seems good, but has one single dead pixel on the screen. Do these monitors have a zero dead pixel guarantee?

No. However, you could've returned the monitor for a refund, within 7 days of purchase. You could then re-order.

I've not seen a dead pixel on this monitor, but from what I've heard, it is the size of a spec of dust. Do you not feel it would be a little pedantic to return the monitor because of a dead pixel, the size of a spec of dust?
