BARGAIN - OcUK 24" with DVI (*VA Panel) for £179.99+VAT (This Week Only Deal!!)

Yep, got the dimple on the LHS, think it's an injection point or something.

What have you got your brightness/contrast at as it may look it bit washed out with higher settings.

Ah phew ok!

Ok with regards to settings. Not touched anything straight out of the box.

But other peoples blue colour on OCUk seem brighter.
Had a little tinker but then everything on the desktop looks washed out as you said.

DoubleyouTeeEff?

My settings are

Brightness 45%
Contrast 70%

Red 30%
Green 40%
Blue 41%

I set it like tha as oceans 13 looked very over saturated, turns out it was just that film.

I may try some of other peoples settings.

Winrar, so, it was just mine with the top bezel nearly hanging off then?

Is anyones power button seem to be "more inserted into the bezel" compared to the other buttons.
The outter buttons are prutrued more outwards but as you move towards the middle button, they seem to go inwards.

Anyone?

I'm running brightness of 30% and contrat at 55% (both 50% OOTB)

Try dropping you brightness and upping the contrast.

All of my buttons are pretty much flush with the bead on the monitor.

Took that pic just for you, knew I saw someone request it.

My buttons are all well lined up.

Woot, added to RobH's post :D

Hmm. Mine are lined up well to the eye.
But when I press the middle button, its more difficult to register the "click" compared to say if I were to press the outer right most button.

Are you guys saying that registering a press on the middle button feels the same as if pressing the right or leftmost button?

Yep, just checked and they all feel about the same.

I thought I had made a lot of posts in this thread, but james.miller - you should be ashamed! lol only joking mate.

Yep, just tried all of mine and they are pretty much the same.

As long as they all work don't worry about it.

Sorry if I have missed this, but what is the height and width of this monitor please?

I need height from bottom of base to top of screen, and the width, ideally in CM :)

TIA

On the leftside of where the frame meets the screen I can see a little black mark. Is that an indentation in the plastic?[/QUOTE]

Actually, now that you mention it, it is. But it's tiny, must be from when they mould the bezel.

Im very anal that way :D

Im such a nitpick lol.

Thanks for confirming.

Could you confirm the other issue Im asking about? I.e. the buttons.

The middle button seems software in the sense that I have to press on it more to register a press compared to the outer buttons.

Had more travel on them, the middle one hardly moved and was more stiff.

So your saying you only have to press a little bit on the middle button compared to the outer ones WotDa?

For me the outer ones are very stiff but the middle one is more softer and I have to press a bit more on it so that it registers a press.

Yes, the middle is hard to press, the outer ones are easy to press.

I'm getting confused though. :p
