*Batman: Arkham Asylum*

Also playing through on hard - though I am at a fight that after 4 or 5 attempts is still besting me (just after you shut of 3 water pumps) - I get the Titan down to his last bar but the groups of enemies that come down become to much :(

Really enjoying this, I'm 52% completed on the story mode.. some really nice parts in it and a ohh nooo part (wont say too much)... I heard this had about 12 Hours playtime but I've done close to that already and only half way through.

Maybe it wasn't a bad guess, just completed the story mode guess about 14 hours.. going to get the missing riddles done now and the play the challenges.

Even though a bit short, really good and one of the most enjoyable games for a while.

Found another curious example on the challenges, was 1 of the joker maps, some1 had done it in 13 seconds, which i think is impossible, takes longer than 13 seconds to run up and stealth kill/subdue the 1st guard who is close to you, as the animation runs for 2-3 seconds itself which still leaves 4/5 guards.

Question chaps; Once you finish the game can you carry on with the Riddler challenges? Doubtful I know! :)

Had a good play of this last night in between trying to finish off Wolfenstein as well...absolutely loving the game...the graphics are superb and the combat system isnt too bad...although sometimes when you get rushed by a number of enemies...its hard to get the counters right.

So far so good.

Finished the game last night, really loved it.You really need all the combo's later on when game gets bit hard.Story was very strong point of the game and keep your interest in the game all the time. Will recommend to any one looking for some decent fun.

Can someone explain the upgrades to me? Is it just one after every boss/game section or can you speed it up so you can develop more upgrades, faster?
I am struggling to understand exactly how the points/bonus system works, and if it is even linked to the upgrades in any way. I am fairly sure I am very very close to the end of the game and there is 3 upgrades I have not unlocked.

You get points towards your next upgrade by completing riddles, destroying jokers teeth, fighting etc...String better comboes together and you will get a better multiplier for your points.

Another question i have...at the moment i have the explosive gel so cant use my batarang...is there anyway to be able to use the batarang as well or do i just have to wait till i complete the medical level first before i get it back??.

You never lose any items, they are assigned to the 8 directions on the d-pad. The Batarang is "special" as even if you do not have it selected you can still quick fire it by tapping L1 quickly (Whilst holding it down longer will activate the item you have selected, like your Gel).

Just completed it on Normal mode, great storyline and ending. (Just like most recent superhero movies, you need to watch after the credits for a little teaser).
