Batman Arkham Knight - Official Thread!

Doesn't take that long to get them all though and you do get a few things at the end for doing it (boss/story/ending)

Was better certainly than the previous games when you collected them all.

Lol, I've bought the Premium Edition key off some bloke for a decent price, not from Steam, and I've just noticed I've got the entire Arhkam series in my library:p

noticed the rest of the series has shown up on account too, googled it and its a gesture of goodwill because this one is/was so broken

I bought this on release, but before I could start playing I seen all the reports about performance etc so I left it..
Just started to test this out and am very surprised how well this runs at 1440p everything maxed without GameWorks.
GameWorks these settings just add worst performance for what I can tell very little image quality gain..

System is
i7 3770k AMD 290 and 16GB DDR3 1886
First I tested just flying about the very start of game, but then someone told me test the Batmobile its here were the game struggles..
Nope ran very smooth.

970 owner. Like others I had it upon release. Left it after reading all the doom and gloom.

Anyway, playing it now. Gameworks all turned off as I lose the locked 60 fps. Looks super and plays really well.

2 more patches came out last week. 1 restored the missing rain FX & boosted FPS more.

Tonight around 5-6PM the final season pass DLC arrives (apart from 2 skins next month).

Completed it few slow downs but nothing massive 970. Deffo worth a buy now with season pass it's like £12 cd keys I think. And I got all the other games for free because of this mess up

How much story DLC is there? Is it worth playing/does it add much to the main game? I'm about 50% through so far.

I know this game had problems but at £10 from cdkeys I had to try it. Sadly it doesn't run that well on my system - 2500K 8GB DDR3 HD7950 - despite getting around 70fps average in the benchmark, performance is very inconsistent and jittery.

Are there any tips/tweaks out there that can help?

Steam just updated and... it WORKS!!!

Before it would get to the menu and BSOD but now the game works, benchmarks load etc and it's behaving.

It looks really good and runs really well, I'm hitting around 60fps with a 960m.

Working for everyone, or just for yourself? I love the recent batman games but these issues have put me off for at least a year or until its in a steam sale at some point

Still runs like crap and crashed on me after the new update.

Well Warner brothers can keep their game and until it come down in price to something under a £5 im not going to pay any money for a broken a game. I bet this game goes down in history for how aweful this has been for everyone who has bought it

I loved it. Ran fine for me.
