Good to see Nvidia are working on the fixes and Nvidia are also going through their internal testing process to make sure these things don't happen again :D

Ohhh and for the record, I have been playing this a lot on the Fury X and the Titan X and whilst performance is better and smoke and particle effects are selectable on the TX, it plays very nicely on the Fury X and not a single crash on either machine. 1440P is a little tougher on the Fury but nothing that a driver wouldn't sort IMO.

My problem with it is although I have 16gb of ram,it only uses 6gb and 11gb of pagefile which can cause stutter

That 'couple of months' of months from Kitguru is without any foundation or verified information. A couple of other sites have been saying that it is out for PC in the fall as they have misinterpreted the Steam page for the game that says that is when it is out on the Steam OS, Mac etc.

In short, there is no verified information on when this will be fixed

It was pretty flawless for me before it started pausing for a split second whenever a use a quick throw item in combat. Works fine out of battle. Was absolutely loving the game but this has broken it for me. Hope it's fixed soon. Back to Witcher 3 I go :)
 
Beat the game recently... my favorite batman game for sure! I like how they ....

force you get all the riddler trophies to fight him and then complete all missions to initiate nightfall

Same here, I havent even played it yet. Want to give them a proper chance to fix it.
I havent started Witcher 3 yet either as I heard there was another patch going to be launched with new features. Seems you have to leave new PC releases a couple of months first before you can play it properly. AC Unity, Far Cry 4 etc etc..
 
Clearly there are issues with the game.

I either got very lucky, or maybe it was brute force performance actually working for once but the game has been pretty flawless for me.

Perhaps the game performs better on Windows 10, or maybe having silly amounts of V-ram (Titan X) is an actual benefit?

SLI is broken, no debating that so I disabled SLI and set my second Titan X as dedicated PhysX. Never seen that GPU under more than 30% load.

Performance (V-sync off) has averaged 45 fps at 4k. I did have a slight issue with low fps late in the game, but that turned out to be Nvidia drivers I was using. Windows 10 Nvidia driver 353.49 works really nicely.

I'll double check tonight but I don't even think quick-firing in battles is causing any stutter/slowdown.

95% complete and only 1 riddle to solve (which I guess is only unlocked at a certain point in the story)

Good bit of reporting there, he writes Spring 2016 then half way into it clarifies that it is EB Games in Australia... where Spring starts in a couple of months time...
