*** Battlefield 1 ***

Is it just me or is multiplayer overly "campy"? Virtually every game, over half the players just hole themselves up somewhere and pick people off. Very tedious.

I don't find it's true in Conquest mode which is the one I play the most, if you don't grab the points then you lose, if you are defending a point then it's fine to camp it imo, and it's realistic as to what would happen in real life with people defending an area strategically.

I used this set up for the beta and had no issues, not had chance to try in full game yet but I imagine it will be fine.
 
What's the easiest way to set up multiplayer controls before being in a live match, hate faffing around tweaking all whilst being shot?

It's more fun to go in the big buildings and underground bunkers for close combat. Throw some gas in the pit the mask on and go and destroy people with the shotgun.

I have been enjoying this but I do have 2 issues with it:

1. Space bar for skipping the kill cam is highly annoying - this has to go
2. Reactions and Call outs menu is far too complex. Needs to be simpe
 
I keep getting a direct x error saying i need to have a GPU with atleast 1024mb of VRAM? Only happens if i stay on a server through 4-5 maps.

Everything Ultra except shadows (high) 2560x1080 and 100% gpu scaling. Any ideas?

The madsen lmg is actually a decent support weapon, seems a lot better than the lewis gun or that odd looking horizontal belt fed french thing.
 
using the light version its pretty good if accurate.

shotgun is a boss. just rinse people with it. the thing is you have to hold you fire right until optimum and its one kill shot every time.

unlocked the henry sniper rifle lol that needs a nerf and will be nerfed. one shot kill every time.:p
 
Has any one updated to the latest Nvidia drivers (375.57)?

As my BF1 was working fine before the install and now nothing as it's just crashing with Direct X errors. So I am going to roll back and test. :mad::(

Edit: Rolling back the drivers to 373.06 and using the driver clean up tools seems to have corrected the problem.

Anyone getting a near constant packet loss warning symbol during MP? Getting rubber banding amongst other network related issues. Connection is fine on Pingtest and it's a trusted application for my firewall. Any ideas?

Not having any issues with the latest driver, though i am running in dx11 mode.
