*** Battlefield 1 ***

My favourite currently is the tanks time shield which sucks back grenades, and lets them instant kill you. That and the way after you reload and go to shoot the lag unloads your gun for you.

How this ever got passed even basic testing of the last update is beyond me.
 
Have an Incursion invite so sill try and get on tonight and/or tomorrow night.

Wonder if they will be introducing the new weapon damage in the Incursion Alpha?

Lag was still present yesterday, even the kill feed feed was lagging!

Incursions I think is a game mode just to close off any new thing the next COD might have to take away players from BF1.

Ca't see myself interested in playing 5v5. Unless there is something special about it?

Agreed - I can see why they're doing it, but I'll stick to CSGO for my slice of 5v5 action thanks.

Ahahahahaha. Nope. It's currently in the worst state of any battlefield game I've ever played. The server lag is a wonder to behold. Unresponsive UI, Server Lag, Kill notifications taking upto 30 secs (which can be worked around by changing your cross hair colours so you know when you got a kill).

Fixes have recently been tested in CTE though so we might get them next Tuesday maybe..

Yup, there's a few of us who pretty much play every night.


So it turns out I got an email from EA this morning inviting me to the Incursions alpha, several hours after I'd redeemed a key David Sirland posted in the incusions Discord, but it doesn't look like I've got a key I can give anyone sadly.
I'm going to have to give it a go, but should be on for normal bf1 this evening as well.

I was surprised how good that gun was, never used it much previously.

Must admit I play BF for the large maps and large number of players. Incursions is for me too late to make a dent in anything. Also unfortunate timing given the poor state of the main game after nearly a year since release.
 
I've been running medic more recently, SPM is a lot higher than when running Support, and I find the weapons are better than I first thought.
