Not for me. Beta was perfect. Retail seems a lot more sluggish. :(

I ordered it online from ASDA direct which is separate from the supermarket aspect. I'd imagine they'd have enough copies to fulfil preorders but I'm worried incase that isn't the case.
They have removed BF3 from their shop though, which suggests one of two things - They've allocated all their stock already, or they've cocked up.

From EA's FAQ page...

"The Physical Warfare Pack codes should have been distributed by the retailers participating in the pre-order bonus program.

Origin customers should have received a *separate* email on or around your unlock/release time. Please check your spam / junk mail folders carefully, and contact one of our Game Advisors if you need a hand. We're here to help!"

Yep, i have a separate code for the bonus content, i redeemed through Origin.

Yep, it was confirmed by DICE during beta. They wouldn't say whether the graphics were locked at medium or high though, but i'd guess they were high.

Performance is different for me, runs much better in retail than beta. Getting around 40fps on all outside maps apart from Caspian where it plummets to about 20 on a gtx460, set to Ultra but with AA and shadows turned down , HBAO and motion blur off. I'd expected to have to settle for medium at most.
 
Readong on here that a lot of people are having issues binding keys . Mx518 and it works fine .. just make sure you click in the mouse box . in the setup there is keyboard/mouse/joystick just select the colum you are adding the key to and hey presto .

Also game is EPIC . Few ctd's but pretty stable . Steady 70 fps on a 5870 and 1090t @3.8 8gb ram even on the big maps .
