i enjoyed myself tonight its the 1st time i have tried hardcore mode in a decent squad only won 1 game out of 3 but i had a lot more fun than usual.
its a lot easier when your on ts also :)

some were just camping exact same place then saying thanks dg ! well dont sit in the same room every time i fire. that is why you die !

its a pub server with all weapons allowed is it not ?

if you dont want m320s on disable or ban them from being used . thing is even the admins on that server do it and so do normal players.

its not like people are playing a league /ladder match its a fun mess about . so just chill and play.

It's not that you used the weapons a lot. Hell, it didn't even seem to help you out that much. This isnt a typical rage quit response either, as I didnt get killed by you that often.

It's just that you've talked in this thread at length about player skill, and how these weapons are "noob tubes" etc. And how easy HC mode is. I just found it hypocritical that you then spent 3 rounds on a HC server constantly using the very weapons you decry others for using.

The thing is, I use the M320 a lot too. I will even use an RPG against soft targets if the opportunity arises (although I wouldn't go out with the sole aim of using it as my only primary weapon). And I hate the use of words like "noobtube" and the BAN ALL THE WEAPONS! brigade. I encourage you to use whatever weapon you want! But unlike you, I haven't spent a great deal of time here criticising those weapons ;)

All that besides, I had a very good game this evening and would enjoy playing against you again when you're less bored :)

I tried to remove the vehicle spawns from certain maps (how bazaar how bazaar and seinfield crossing) and or tried slowing the vehicle spawns down drastically but it turns my server from a hardcore busy server into a custom server which dies a slow and lonely death. In other words, Dice dont want the game played without those vehicles.

Really not sure what to do about the B2K maps. Fact is if you run both you get less traffic. Since adding them to my server ive not managed to keep a full server overnight, and that includes busy weekends. When i ditch the b2k maps ive had my server full for over 1 week 24/7.

My two options atm are disable the completely or just enable them during peak hours and disable them at around 10pm before i hit the sack. Gonna start a poll on my site regarding this and probably go with the majority vote.
 
Well i finaly got around to playing on matt's server and spent the night in a squad with a team mate & jimlad .
Have to say was very fun :)
 
Does anyone else feel like that 8x scope on the M98B gives more accurate shots than the 12x one? Its all headshots galore with the 8x yet I can't hit sod all with the longer zoom one.

Oddly, I'm a very good shot with the 12x scope on any other bolt action rifle, just that one lol.

the others aren't the ones having at go at others on this forum for their lack of skill because they spend too long in a tank.

So to hear you spend your time spamming SMAW / M320 while complaining about others lack of skill is highly amusing.

if u cant work out why and your taking it serious get your leg over or something ;) .

its a pub server and aload were having a laugh . people were going on about some right weird **** and the moaners pick out me 320 ing :rolleyes:

m320 rules ;)

playing well on a pub server = skill ? nope. pub servers are for fun warm up . i play sniper all other weapons then have a bit of fun . that was a bit of fun to break up sniping .

Grand Bizzare and Seine would be nice as infantry only, however it's the LAV on Bizzare which annoys me more than the tank on Seine, as the LAV can quickly get in and out via long straight roads, while the tank on Seine tends to get bogged down and inf have more places and levels to shoot from.
 
yurka would indeed be very good on those maps :cool: but like matts said its awkward with how dice have done the game.

would defintely make for a better game though.
