Anyone that I suspect of cheating gets reported straight away (so in other words, anyone that kills me ¬_¬ ..............joking )
Yup, iirc they have a 3 strike policy or some lame xxxx where they reset the stats 3 times and if the person continues to cheat after that, then they perma ban that current account
Do they honestly think that cheaters are going to care if their stats are reset, they will just cheat even harder to rank their way back up.

Indeed! It is better than no action being taken even though it really isn't the most appropriate solution.
Don't know if this has been mentioned before, but this is a neat add-on for both firefox and chrome and it allows you to add cheaters/players to a radar list, so it warns you if one of the cheaters that you have added is on that server, which you are about to join.
Unfortunately you have to add them manually, it doesn't gather the players/cheaters from a list or anything
And a ton of other handy features like much better weapon information etc.

This guy would have been auto banned by my plugins had he entered my server as soon as he got his first kill. Like a boss.
