Oh lord. How much are they charging for play to win then?

In fairness, DICE/EA made a huge mistake with some of the unlocks for vehicles as it is virtually impossible to do anything against Air if you're a new jet pilot and don't have someone experienced backing you up.
 
LOL! They really are milking every little bit aren't they.

Next thing they will have, will be paying for your stats :rolleyes:

£5 - 1k/d, 400SPM, 500 skill etc.
£10 - 2k/d, 600 SPM, 1000 skill etc.

etc.

Another guy pointed it out, they will have extra payments for releasing stuff on a certain platform early, which why ps3 also gets the dlc early.
meanwhile this means that although pc patch has been ready for weeks(late feburary) they cant release it due to their prior agreement with sony over the "we pay you for 1st"

EA/Dice have always been **** since bfbc2
 
BFBC 2 is the much better game than BF 3 IMO :p

Just a shame that I got bored of it (after about 530 hours) and that there won't be any new maps or patches for it :(


Really hope they will bring the popular maps for Bc 2 as a DLC for BF 3 (unlikely though).
 
they're already well under way with designing armoured kill.

Then they have end game after that which will be around November time. Around that time MOH2 will be out. DICE aren't doing the multiplayer this time, but if EA follow the Activision model, they won't have two games competing for DLC sales.
 
Guys does anyone know when we are soppose to get the pc patch?..i read PS3 players get it early and pc shortly after but no date?

I cant wait for the fixes though should make it much better,And BF3 runs quite nicely here too on my system,Although i cant max it out as it is not smooth gameplay. :/

Still no date for the PC patch. Next week at a guess as PS3 has a 1 week exclusive on DLC, which turns out applys to patches too.

It's not that it's completely unplayable for the PS3 because of the issues with input lag?

Patience is a virtue and DICE will come trumps for us PC gamers in the end.
 
So as there is a new patch coming out I might dip my toe back in after a long break from the frustration that is BF3. What are weapons of choice at the moment?
