For me it depends on the map.

If I'm engaging at medium/long range I will usually forego the foregrip and replace it with the rail to attach an m320, then also add on a 3.4 scope or red dot along with a heavy barrel to help with those short bursts.

The match ammo that is included with the heavy barrel really makes it powerful at range as the bullet damage lasts out to a much longer range than without it.

If, however, I'm going close/medium range, I will usually use a foregrip along with red dot and either a silencer or heavy barrel, depending on if I'm trying to be stealthy or not.

You've been hating on the game since months before the actual release, yet I'm sure you have countless hours spent on it?

The amount of hate you spew into the EA forums is unreal, I'd suggest you keep it there rather than post it here.
 
The patch is so **** up. I accused for hacking in caspian that I was underneath the map. I don't remember being underneath the map, my k/d was so bad last night and I still got accused for hacking.

I have to agree. For someone to claim to dislike something so much, but at the same time pump some 285+ hours into it screams of an attention seeker.

lol I had 1000+ hours in BF2 and I guess that's why I and many more have major issues with BF3, you don't see me playing BF3 much these days. Fact is the Dice defense boys don't like the game being criticized when it's painfully obvious there is glaring issues with the game, keep being sheep.

Now if you can't stay on topic please refrain from posting, if you don't want to discuss some of the major issues currently being debated on BF3 forums around the net then don't reply.

Seriously this is a big ****ing issue after the patch. but I don't let it effect me by any way, cause i have Skillz. Last match i had scored 237Kills and 29 deaths.

match taken over 2 hours.

And u been acting like this game is flawless.

I also think it was u who made the ''How many hours have you put into this game'' argument.

We like this game, but it has a ****load of flaws.
They say they will patch these problems like falling dmg from 2 meters and MAV riding. Hey guess what? It's not fixed after the patch.

There is no reason we wouldnt be allowed to moan at DICE/EA for doing a sloppy job so far because they did/do.

Latest example that im missing battlereports and medals i got ingame but dont get registered in the log and my stats even.


(to ocuk forummods, this aint a personal attack just having a grown up conversation, I would apreciate it I wont get a 2 day ban again for personal attacks.)
 
I've never said it was flawless, but all I see is people spouting hate about the game, when actually, it's pretty damn good.

People don't realize BF2 didn't start out so polished, it took YEARS before it was up to the state it was today.

BF3 has been out for what, 6 months?
We have had 2 major patches, which have fixed a vast amount of issues.

The latest patch has fixed so much, obviously tweaking needs to be done based on feedback but that's what the community is for.

Raven just spreads hate and links to youtube videos and EA threads about how bad the game is, he never actually comes out with any worthwhile constructive criticism.

the thing is bf3 wont have the life span of a older game like bf2 . it will have a life of a year. so they got 6 months until next ea game then bf3 will be probably dead or half as many playing.

at end of day its not bad when it plays ok but like others said its got a lot of bugs that a lot of other fps dont. dice just seem to make buggy games / end tbh.
 
Can't stand playing since the recent patch, the suppression is just daft. They've done a Dice and gone far too much in one direction with a change :p

Haven't played it for months now. It was just a disappointment, like most games these days actually...
