Battlefield 3 thread - Server details in opening post -

I joined a server this morning with a guy called werewolf93 there and someone else from the same clan as him. I was not in their squad. I jumped into a hele he was piloting and got ready as gunner. He immediately landed and said "Get out unless you have flares and TV". I told him I have flares but what's the problem, let's go. He immediately flew off and took us miles away over the ocean and dumped us there to die. Basically a teamkill. He then locked the squad so it was just those 2 in a squad of 4, with all the other squads full and me there on my own. And to make things worse he then called a vote to get me kicked... which failed obviously. I then watched as the pair of them completely monopolised the hele and dominated the other team for about 20 mins with plenty of spawnkilling and taking out grounded jets etc.

Some of the worst team-play I've ever seen in this game...

Something weird happened to me last night on Sharqi. I was driving an IFV pretty much full speed and crashed it into a wall. The moment it hit the wall I was automatically ejected from the vehicle and the vehicle itself disappeared into thin air!

Darn tootin. The music in that video is awesome, it should become BFs new theme tune as it perfectly matches the gameplay.

Have you seen what happens when your team doesn't have an attack chopper in the air ? Or doesn't have any jet pilots ? Your team gets rinsed. The only really effective deterrent to any of the air assets is their counterparts. Without it, they can just wipe out the entire team and pin them to their spawn. I've seen it done on caspian many a time and anything that trys to come out of the base is shot before it gets out of the base.The chopper crew were playing a vital air support role and helping win the game for your team. The only person who doesn't benefit from this is you because you wanted to be flown around in the gunner seat for nice easy kills. I'd much rather have my clan mate as a gunner with voice comms, than some random with no comms and no way to co-ordinate flares and spot together.

You're just sore because you didn't get a go in the chopper
