FINALLY 
I can play BF3 without it crashing. I had to; disable reatltek onboard sound and fit old soundblaster PCI card, disable onboard realtek wireless, and disable realtek ethernet, THEN I had to use driver sweeper to remove all realtek drivers, and find a USB Wireless-N adaptor and fianlly it no loger crashes!
I have about 64% 'quits' on my profile due to all the crashes before, I stopped playing it for a few months as well! Finally I can get into it

I thought that was done in a quick server side update along with the L85 glitch ? Least it was on the consoles.

funny ck88, joestoner and a few others played 'normal mode' or noobs mode the other day, i got disconnected about 2/3 of the way through, rejoined and still came 2nd on my side, it was a laugh, i have never met a pro on normal mode and mop up or come in the top3 every round... you heal ffs and can take a whole clip... normal mode is for kiddy's

health regen is pointless anyway.
You can nearly always find a medipack and heal faster than you can just by letting it do it by itself.
It only comes down to no 3d spotting and dieing quicker .. something that only works in favour of campers because they can't be spotted and can take people out quicker than they can react and shoot back.

Just didn't understand ur/your/ta/ton comment about hc. When u stand still u die, movement is everything.
In that case my suggestion would be to perhaps try asking that as a question in future rather than making inflammatory observations.
There's no kill cam in HC and there's a lot more "first to shoot, first to kill". This adds up to more incentives to camp. Caveat: these experiences are based on BC2, though I would be surprised if things are that different in BF3.

how many scout choppers or transport choppers do you see full of engineers repairing ?
How many tank crews do you see who have one guy sat round the back repairing ?
Vehicle automatic heal is pointless to anything but the jets. As attack choppers land and repair as soon as they get major hits anyway.
