Most of the time, no. Sometimes i add them in for a few days here and there but i prefer the stock maps.
Re patch notes:
- TV missiles not being 1 hit kills.... needs to be more controlable first!
- no M26 fix
Rojin... who/what were you losing the plot about lastnight?
Just the game. Shoot, lots of hit markers, sometimes even the body drops... no kill, Die. Anger. Chat window abuse. Spawn, rinse, repeat

I'm enjoying getting back into this game again. I've decided to stick to just playing one server as it's good to see friendly faces. I'm not massively keen on HC mode, but I'm getting more used to it as I want my regular server to be the 247 one that everyone from here plays on.
I may well start joining on TS as well
48 players is the perfect server size IMO.

I'm running old kit so performance wasn't very good before but it was playable. I've had to drop the res down to 1280x720 (everything else is already at low) to try to get it playable, but it's still pretty poor now. Definitely not as smooth as before. I've tried the updated beta gfx drivers but it made no difference.

lol, I've got a Q6600 @ 3.6GHz and a GTX 295.... I did try the FXAA injector thing but that might have made things worse so I'll take that off tonight. I only really play BF3 and not that often either, also being married and with a family has severely curtailed the gaming budget! If I was still any good I might think about a modest upgrade but I don't think the hand\eye co-ordination is what it used to be

Get ready for some massive trollin', from admins whos #1 priority is to fraps you getting knifed and don't care about getting a k/d ratio of 1 or winning the game. That and the, I'll just run u over with the apc (before they got nerfed) while you are repairing even though you're telling them not to on TS! I hope they don't disclose you as a "kid" cause they don't like playing with em (some confusion on that matter too).
Woe betide if you disagree on one of their opinions about SSDs, use of FFX injector.
I'm all for the multiplayer aspect but when the game turns into greifing the other guy on TS I'm out.
Im going insane, cant get this to run smoothly, tried a few different mixture of settings and limiting my fps with bandicam etc.
2500k at 4.4 with 6870 CF setup.
Ill be running around with 100 fps on ultra, someone will come round a corner and ill hit 20 fps it feels like its sticking, like my comp cuts out, then back in again and im dead, doesnt always do it, its intermittent, every other game works fine with mass fps.

i know for a fact that at least 4 people had to mute u on TS as you raged.

Sorry for the retaliation TK last night. I was just annoyed because I spawned in the chopper gunner seat, realised that you were repairing it and you were the gunner, so I jumped out and started making my way to the fight, only for you to TK me. Then you didn't apologise.
When I accidentally spawned in it again I thought I'd get my own back.

Back in the rose tinted olden days, I used to ban just for improper behaviour and\or bad attitude... I didn't actually ban many for this, I'd hate to be an admin now though!
I used to use a 6870CF setup, I found it pretty nice in BF3.
Do you have MSAA turned off? I find the cards arnt really capable of running AA other than post.
