Yes come and join our friendly community. A few of us just get on voice comms and have a laugh as we play. We also have a server that includes every map in the game and a map vote so its up to you what you play. :)

As long as you can behave like a normal person, then come join us. :D

Added the server to my favorites, not to keen on the HC mode, but willing to give it a go. Cheers. :)

Speak of the devil (doing the devil a diservice), I don't know if I was banned I never checked.

The incident was a good few months ago and I have not brought it up until now, so it looks like "keep trollin mate" is definately not in keeping with the truth.

you have issues dude.. never heard someone rant on TS like you... NEVER had to ban anyone else...

I had a feeling you may have been an OcUK'er, haha.

Sorry for the retaliation TK last night. I was just annoyed because I spawned in the chopper gunner seat, realised that you were repairing it and you were the gunner, so I jumped out and started making my way to the fight, only for you to TK me. Then you didn't apologise.

When I accidentally spawned in it again I thought I'd get my own back.

No hard feelings? :)

None at all, I'm a big boy :) I didn't reply straight away because I was still trying to repair as their heli was overhead :( s'all good though, it happens :)

blames Josh as he's a bad influence

Good stuff. Maybe see you on there tonight :)

I've only racked up about 38 hours on the game, I honestly have no idea how you all have put so much time in. Up until the age of about 21-22 I could play games for hours on end, nowadays I have to quit after 2-3 rounds at the most as I'm bored and/or raging, haha!

Lies! You just don't care! Collateral damage is the term I believe... ;) :D

Damn right! To be honest I hardly ever say sorry as I'm too busy with what's happening on-screen. I try sometimes but it always gets me killed in the end :( Lost count of how many friendlies decide to jump in front of my tank though

Teamspeak is win! I doubt I'd play anywhere near as much as I do if I weren't on teamspeak with the other chaps. It's more interesting than the game half the time!

That's just you man.

Or at least, it's not everyone, my game is smooth as butter.
Yep, ive noticed a few on here report similair problems, while others are fine. Nothing has changed in my rig, except for a clean os install, ive tried various nv drivers, but it's not a gpu issue as i can mantain a steady 65 fps, (using frame limiter) as i dont need higher fps and therefore higher gpu temps. Pre patch bf3 was running like greased lightning for me, extremely fluid movement and no jitter.

Ill be running around with 100 fps on ultra, someone will come round a corner and ill hit 20 fps it feels like its sticking, like my comp cuts out,
This is kinda like what im getting, but without the fps drop. If someone comes into my fov, the closer they get to me, the more it stutters.

What very little of it i have played is nigh on perfect. As smooth as silk. I dont have a great connection, (bt option 3 upto 8mbps), bt do cap a fair bit at peak times. But even later at night it's the same, theres a few servers in my faves list that i played an awful lot at night. Pre patch, they were great to play on. Since the patch, they feel terrible to play on.

Right thought this was the best place to ask. Hopefully won't get ignored in the mass of posts :p

I'm currently building my first PC in 6 years and will definately want to play BF3 on it (Have it on 360 and love it so will enjoy the enhanced PC experience as will be played through my 40" LCD and surround).

Problem is my connection here is terrible, 3MB so if I built the PC on the saturday I wouldn't be able to play till monday likely. I have my laptop so is there anyway of downloading now and just copy/paste onto new PC once built?

Any help appreciated.

Says it has cloud settings, sounds feasible. Does download have to install right there.

3mb is fast enough anyway, if that was at max it'd be one evening

I had my first go since last playing the demo, very impressive sound and runs better then I thought on 4870. 0 KDR anyway

Why not? Just copy the bulky files and then run the origin installer on the new pc.

Yep, you can do that ok. Once origin is reinstalled to your new pc, copy and paste the bf3 files from the laptop into the origin games folder on your new rig, then click on bf3 install in your origin games menu. Done this myself as it takes forever on my "upto" 8mb connection.

I just wish In_CHO_FACE wouldn;t spend all his time killing me and reviving me when we#re on the same team :(

Sounds like an old habit from Enemy Territory? Kill your team mate with less than 10% and revive them to get 100%... instead of trickling the health to 100% with health packs.
