Be wary of CDKeys

Bought Skyrim off them and had the code virtually immediately and subsequently installed it.

Oh and 1) never pre order, 2) never pre-order when it takes you out the PayPal window and 3) you can always buy direct from Steam?

Normally you can't defend poor customer service but given CDKeys market and pricing and that it only tends to happen on pre-orders, I would rather they offer cheap prices tbh. Plus PayPal removes any risk.

There is a warning in RED but it only shows on the Website not mobile website.

Lately they have had issues with codes for new games, Some i play BF with on Xbox has ordered BFV and not had a code or response from them, Loads on the XboxUk facebook group were moaning because RDR2 codes were late.

Yeah I didn't see that, Anyway they refunded it.

Never had a problem in the past to be fair.
 
Just bought preorder for BF V from Cdkeys. Got the key the next day and redeemed without problems. Installed ready for launch day.
 
Just ordred FO76 got key with a minute, only trouble I've had lately is they took time refunding a couple of pre orders.
 
Got keys from them a few times and not had any issues but it was never a new/pre-order game key though. If its a game I like enough to preorder then I normally pay full price anyway.
 
Saying not had a problem before yet ordered 2 FIFA 19 PC keys at noon and not received them. Logged a support call but heard nothing yet that was 4 hours ago. Normally I get them straight away. :rolleyes:
 
No problems here either. Ordered BF5 this morning and the key arrived within a few seconds. Before I placed the order I actually sent them a FB message regarding a discount (where I saved about a quid..but even still) and I had a reply within a few minutes.
 
Im glad this thread wasnt active when I bought my first code off cdkeys not too long ago. I was very nervous the first time even up to the putting the number into my Steam account. Now im just slightly embarrass about that fear.

Same not a single issue. Just got my Battlefield 5 key this morning. Sometimes you do need to go back to the email that you receive to get a key from a pre-order.

There never was an issue, a handful of people out of hundreds of thousands had a slight wait during a small period of time when RDR2 was released. I have bought 4 games from there since this thread and had no issues.
