Beat saber

it still loads the same way
as i open the app normal , it says its unofficial and do i want to open it or restore it
if i click on the unknown sources apps and click on BMBF, its exactly the same

no different in game either
so i think its safe to say, just open the game and play it !

i managed to goto the bsaber website inside the quest , add songs to my quest :) also noticed you can launch game via the website too
 
I hadn't done FitBeat (or is it BeatFit?) before I saw it mentioned recently on here. That's quite good fun, and challenging. Shame there aren't more of that type.
 
Bearing in mind I'm a noob so still playing on Normal, my favourite custom songs so far are:

Europe - The Final Countdown
D-Lite - Groove is in the Heart
Fatboy Slim - Weapon of Choice
Darude - Sandstorm
White Stripes - Seven Nation Army

i will try the same way again later


I first goto their BS website on my pc to find songs, and add them to my bookmarks, then,
i do it from quest, i goto unknown apps, which loads the BMBF website and i click on Sync Saber i think its called, which syncs to my headset, but it failed yesterday
 
Managed to get myself into the top 10000 for all of volume 1 on expert. Still a couple of songs I can't do on expert in volume 3, and some of the expert levels on the extras thing are just crazy.
 
Put on some modifiers, managed to get position 401 in the table for beat saber on expert. Pretty chuffed with that. I know there's more points to be had though, missed a note. And still have ghost notes to add, but not sure I can do that yet.
 
Just played this for the first time and it's just as good as I was hoping (rinsed Guitar Hero back in the days) :D. I do not like the disappearing arrows :mad:

not sure what's happened to my game (i can play it still)

still cant sync custom songs on my Quest
So, i went to tools and did the "reset" thing, and it synced all songs onto my quest, good news.

But when i goto the game, its now the official version and not custom, BUT if i click on show ALL songs, then all the songs and custom songs are there ?

there is no announcement board anymore, so im pretty sure its back to how it should be, but with custom songs
 
I bought beatsaber and the imagine dragons dlc.

Is it normal that the dlc does not show up on its own? I can see pack 1, 2 and 3 as well as an extras folder and another one I can't remember.... But the imagine dragons songs seem to only be visible under all songs.

I have sidequest set up ready to put a few custom songs in. Will these be separate as well or will they get their own icon.

Final question. Has this had the quest2 patch yet,? It "feels" smooth if I had to guess I would say it's running at 90hz but visually other than the better screen i was hoping it would have the lighting of the PC version on Q2 but does not seem to.
