Quake 3, i loved many games before and after it, but Quake 3 just kept me and my mate going back for more for what felt like forever!

Yup, thats why it was the #1 deathmatch game in tournaments worldwide like The CPL etc...

CS comes close, but wasn't as spectator friendly.

If it had not been for the UT engine we wouldnt have Deus Ex, Clive Barkers Undying, Rune, Deep Space 9: The Fallen, X-Com: Enforcer, Nerf Arena Blast and obviously UT, Unreal and Return to Na-Pali.
