US: Better Call Saul

Strong end to a strong series, I wonder if Gus knows about what Nacho has been doing with Hector's drugs yet, I can't imagine Mike will have told him as he doesn't come across that way. Surprising that he wasn't in the final episode at all.

Didn't expect Chuck to decline so quickly and with that ending it'll be interesting to see if he survives or not.

I enjoyed that season. If I am honest. Season 1 and 2 were far to slow for me. That was by far the best season. I am looking forward to season 4 now. I hope they keep this pace rather than reverting to season 1 and 2's slow burning

BB First. :)

Watch BB then just churn through BCS as its not in the same league.

No, watch Saul first then BB and you might be the only person in the world to have done this and have a different perspective. For Science and chronological correctional supremacy!

Also it would take you longer as they havent finished Saul yet and you dont want to rush imo. The start of BB imo is worse then this series and actually I believe its not great because it doesnt introduce characters properly before they switch about and immediately face life changing events so this background might improve that

yeah I don't see the issue with watching Better Call Saul first, I don't think it would spoil anything and it is 'correct' from a timeline perspective at least

I doubt they'll be a Cinnabon adventures to make it a trilogy. Its called Saul but half the deal is the excuse to have this kick ass assassin character and Ehrmantraut's whole background explored, its like OAP Leon.
I know I was probably wrong about Kim's accident but I see her as kinda twinned to Chuck and the story seemed to stress he had a mutual respect for her character, integrity and potential also? So I see them both exiting just her later and I would still bet, similarly.

Aaron Paul is the only chance of a sequel realistically and that isnt likely. If you want a sequel to BB then theres a mexican 'senor blanco' or
Or just watch Narcos about the real story of a cartel, thats excellent

You say catch up and end but it keeps showing us future clips ?

It has only shown us Jimmy/Saul working in Cinnabon though. If you have seen Breaking Bad you will know what this means. The way I understand it is that the show is going to show how Jimmy McGill ends up transforming into Saul Goodman and that will be it (so pre Breaking Bad).

Bit late to the party here but having only just watched Breaking Bad a few months ago i went straight into Better call Saul and watched all 3 seasons. What a strange show. I have found myself going from really liking Saul Goodman in Breaking bad to disliking him and finding him almost annoying in Better call Saul. The first season was awful what with Chuck and his annoying condition but season 3 was very good now that Gus has come into it. Found myself watching it just for Mike, Gus, Hector and Tuco's appearences really as the Saul Goodman character is just not strong enough to carry a show himself.Would also like to have seen more flash forward scenes to present day.
believe there will be a season 4 late next year... anyone think Chuck is dead or will he get out of the burnong house?

I suspect he's dead. Or if not will die fairly soon.

I have never enjoyed prequal films or shows for that reason you kind of know the outcome

I found season 1 to be such a come.down from BB. But it gets better and I enjoyed season 3
