All i want to say is thank you to Jeff, i have got an 8800GT winging its way to me from the US on a 2 day service.
why am I not getting a 2 day service? why am I not getting an upgrade? whats this all about?????

All I get is, Shouldn't take more than 4 days for you to receive it, depending on UPS (weather and other things might cause delays).

I dont wish to moan but this sounds like favouritism and starting to look like a very unprofessional service.![]()
Also no disrespect to the other guy and very good luck to him but he was only enquiring about RMA yesterday and now you are sending him a card back with 2 day service and upgrade! and it would seem he didnt even send the faulty card back???

Another happy customer. Don't regret my decision to buy BFG again now, Jeff, I will be saving your email address if I have an issue with RMA, hope you don't mind.

. It looks like my problem was to do with the 2x6 pin - 1x8 pin adaptor that comes with the card. When I contacted Jeff he gave me 2 options. 1 send me a adaptor to try that just incase so I dont have to be without my graphic card. 2 RMA the card.
