Hmmm Wellgo MG1s are calling for me to buy them!

Go for the Superstar Nanos if I were you. I've had MG1s, Nanos and DMR Vaults, the Nanos are great value for money, have a slim profile (less rock strikes), big surface area and good pins, almost as much grip as the Vaults.

weescott had bad luck with them and will say they're rubbish but mine have been fine :D

Dont think it was the Nanos that fell off on him but I could be wrong. Pretty sure the last set were other pedals by Superstar.

I have the Nanos and I like them.

It was the Ultramags that fell apart. To give them thier credit they do have a nice profile....when they are in one piece. :p I won't be touching Superfail again though!

Slapped a quick vid together from our ride at Cannock over the hot weekend.

Trying new software , so c*cked up a few things, including the compression, but the quality doesn't look too bad in 720p

I got my wife a new bike the other week. She saw it in the bike shop window and it was love at first sight. Another GT joins our fold making it three now! Well it would have been rude to say no to her...

Here it is a 2010 GT Avalanche in a very nice shade of blue:

Here it is next to my now venerable 2006 GT Avalanche:

That's three bikes each now!

Off to Golspie for a run on the black after work.
Any suggestions for a pre ride dinner? I'm starting to plan ahead with regard to nutrition and would like to know what you guys do?

Lunch was a sandwich and a salad (wholemeal bread with ham and tomato in the sandwich)

I guess I'm just wondering what foods are best before a tough ride.
Wholemeal pasta, eggs, fry up? :)
