For brake levers just get standard shimano deores in black. They are cheap enough and do the job well enough.

Wondering if there are any wheelbuilding experts here.
I've just built a new bike out of second hand bits, but I decided to build a new front wheel because second hand ones aren't much cheaper.
Anyway, I got the wheel true and the spokes in a correct-ish tension. However, when I pump up the tires, I've lost pretty much all the spoke tension. I haven't got the bike ready yet but I'll be worried about using the front brakes because the front uses disc brake.
I'm using schwalbe city jet with IRC torque tube so the standard pressure is 85psi. The wheel uses a velocity aeroheat disc rim, deore disc hub with standard dt swiss spokes. The rear wheels doesn't have this problem though...
Anyone got any suggestion? If not, I'll probably take it to the local bike mechanic for him to have a look.

Is the wheel actually true? Or just true to the eye? You need a spoke wrench and once the tyre is pumped you'll need to tighten the spokes again.
I took mine the the LBS, wasn't very expensive.
