Top stuff. I'm coming from a pair of Tioga Factory DH's, so i'll be in a pretty similar boat to you, although i'll presumably appreciate the weight loss a bit more . :)

Yea the weight loss is good too. It helps with the overall ride of the bike now.

Im very pleased with it.

Just need to bleed the brakes which Im thinking is going to be a pain as I dont have a bike stand :(

Might just be easier to play it safe and pay the local bike shop a visit to do it for you. Doubt it'll cost too much.

Yea im thinking that. I have the Hayes bleed kit here and everything. Just need someone with a stand and the know-how to do it.

Once the brakes are bled, I can fit the new pads Ive got. Should improve performance.

I'l give the local bike shop a call tomorrow. See when they can fit me in.

I have a folding work bench in the shed.

I suppose I can get it out tomorrow after work and have a go. Cant really see how it should work though.

Heres what im riding for the next week at least....so much fun having something that doesnt bounce up and down while pedalling,i dont have to worry about leaving it around and i dont have to care if i smash it against a tree :D

lol the sheer ability to just **** it out my back door and jump in the house! It belongs to a wee guy i know and im gonna ride it until i finish the bighit :D

I forsee a Jackass-style challenge where Johnny has to cycle it off a large drop/ down shedloads of stairs and see if it survives/ how many bits fall off :D

Brakes are Formula Oro Bianco (160mm Rotors), I think the next level up are gold plated. I hope to get rid of the shine as soon as I find some mud!
